  • Feel free to call us with any questions or concerns at 614-227-0301 and ask to speak to a Pharmacist.

  • Every new patient must complete a new patient phone interview and prescriptions must be sent to the pharmacy. Feel free to help your patient sign-up using the button on this page. Prescriptions may be e-prescribed, or sent by phone or fax.

  • Once a patient has been newly established, they can expect to have an appointment to pick up their filled prescriptions within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Unused, unexpired and non-controlled medications can be dropped off during regular business hours.
