
The Charitable Pharmacy's primary mission is to be a "bridge" pharmacy to increase access to prescription medications for low-income, uninsured, and underinsured individuals who experience gaps in their insurance coverage and/or challenges in accessing medications through other programs.

Who is Eligible?
- Franklin County Residents
- Income less than 200% of Federal Poverty Level
- Uninsured, or cannot afford prescription co-pays

- The Charitable Pharmacy of Central Ohio, Inc. is located at the Livingston United Methodist Church, 200 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, OH 43215.
- The telephone number for the Pharmacy is 614-227-0301.
- Hours for the Charitable Pharmacy (subject to change) are currently Mondays and Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. (closed for lunch from Noon to 12:30 p.m.), and Fridays from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

What to Bring to Your Appointment
- Proof of Residence in Franklin Co. (lease or utility bill)
- Proof of Income (pay stubs, bank statement, tax return, food stamps card, Social Security benefits letter)
- OR if these are not available, a reference letter from another social service agency, stating your identity, residence, and level of income
- Original Prescriptions or prescription bottles with refills left
